Important Information
- Travel, accommodation and personal expenses are not included.
- Accompanying-person fees cover hospitality only; scientific access and materials are not included.
- Group discounts, where approved, must be confirmed by the secretariat.
- Registration and payment are subject to confirmation from the conference secretariat.
Venue: The hotel name will be announced after venue confirmation.
Registration & Payment
International participants may pay in USD through PayPal or approved bank transfer. Indian participants may request domestic payment instructions. Bangladesh rates are quoted in INR equivalent; the payable foreign-currency amount will be confirmed by the secretariat.
